By making a donation to TrueOG, you agree to the following terms:

1. Your donation will be spent as TrueOG staff see fit. No specific purpose may be pre-defined as a condition to your donation.

2. You own the payment method used for the donation, or have been granted permission to use it by the person who does.

3. Charging back a payment or using false details for payment will lead to a permanent ban, which may only be appealed once.

4. The price and benefits of any donor benefits package are subject to change at any time.

5. All purchases are non-transferable between various accounts and/or individuals.

6. Donations are processed via the CraftingStore payment merchant. By making a donation, you are legally bound to their terms of service.

7. Donations that are processed through Paypal or Stripe are legally bound by their terms of services.

8. Donations that are made in cryptocurrency are NON-REFUNDABLE. The type of cryptocurrency that is accepted may change at any time.

9. Neither TrueOG, nor your donation are connected with Mojang AB nor any of its affiliates. TrueOG is an independent sole-proprietorship.

10. TrueOG may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions, with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.
